9. Dermaroller:
Treating acne scars, their pits and anti-aging
Hundreds of micro needles that are present on the surface of the roller are used to stimulate the surface of the skin in this treatment. The roller is moved up and down on all parts of the skin on the face or the affected area. The needles result in formation of many tiny injuries on the skin. In order to heal the injuries, the skin starts producing excess collagen. So in a way, it is a form of artificially boosting the collagen production in the skin. As a result of the excess collagen, the skin automatically looks plumped up in that area. This helps in erasing fine lines and filling up scars. The poking action from the needle also improves the blood circulation in the skin. It makes the skin glow. The treatment also opens up the pores of the skin to make it more receptive to any product that you apply on it. Frequency of usage can be once or twice in a week, not more, since the skin needs some gap to heal.

12. Q-switch Nd: YAG for Tatoo Removal:
Considered the gold standard for tattoo removal
With excellent clinical results, impressive predictability, and a good safety profile. The generation of giant pulses by the method of Q-switching is responsible for the unique laser-tissue interaction that is seen in tattoo removal by Q-switch Nd: YAG lasers. The Q-switch Nd: YAG lasers work by impaction and dissolution of the tattoo pigments. Mechanical fragmentation of the tattoo pigments encased in intracellular lamellate organelles followed by their phagocytises by macrophages is thought to be the major event in the clearance of pigments by Q-switch Nd: YAG lasers.

14. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) & Mesohair:
Skin damage, deep wrinkles & acne scaring from sun
It requires a simple blood draw from the arm and uses a centrifuge to separate the platelet into platelet rich plasma. Initial redness occurs in the treatment area, and can last for 2-4 days. Type of treatment is dictated by what condition we are treating. Platelets are probably best known as components of the blood clotting system. When injury disrupts a blood vessel and causes bleeding, platelets are activated and help with the formation of a clot that stems the flow of blood. In addition, every platelet is also a biochemical storehouse of regulatory, signalling and growth-factor molecules that participate in recovery and healing of tissue in response to injury. PRP is safe to use and is free from concerns over transmissible diseases such as HIV & hepatitis.
